The rooms are well-appointed and top-notch, provided with with soap, robes and body lotion.

Well-trained, responsive staff who were more than helpful. The location was nice and decent, at a short distance from Rialto Square Theatre.

Was a decent base for trip. The property seemed clean and the room was spotlessly clean and updated. This was a great and cool location near shops and dining options, restaurants, and concert venue. It also was next to a casino. The management was consistently courteous, as well as the staff. Every detail, the service was good and the staff were eager to help. In addition, WiFi in all rooms was really convenient.

Bright hotel with professional employees in all areas. Luxury king room with a very comfortable bed, the bathroom plus a decent view. Magnificent, perfect location in the center. Also - not far from Chicago for a Cub / Cardinal game. The venue of choice in Joliet.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Attached to casino. Nice size rooms, usually clean. Quiet hotel with plenty of dining options. Convenient covered parking garage. Comfortable bed and huge bathtub. Amazing smell and taste from on-site pizza restaurant.

Marvellous and cool location, the breakfast was excellent with the Grill, good foods, a Danish. The luxury queen room was airy with coffee, a couch, and a chair.

The location was favourable and unbeatable, for example, Rialto Square Theatre was relatively near the hotel. Appreciated the stay: the room was spotless and airy with all the necessary amenities, the staff were more than helpful to make me feel welcome.

The rooms with complimentary bottles and comfortable beds, for example. Reasonably good and above average breakfast at the Grill, with good food. Excellent location, a few steps away from everywhere.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the free and convenient parking. The location was ideal, as it was near other casinos in the area and there were plenty of things to do in the local area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Cheryl at the front desk.
